The Beverly Theater

Las Vegas's only independent film house, The Beverly Theater is a nonprofit arts venue in the downtown Arts District built by The Rogers Foundation in 2023. The 146-seat theater screens indie, foreign, and repertory films nightly, alongside live concerts, author talks, and community events. With retractable seating, a rooftop terrace, and a courtyard, it is the cultural anchor of downtown Las Vegas beyond the Strip.
