Southwest Theaters – Sawmill Square 5

Southwest Theaters – Sawmill Square 5 is a five-screen cinema inside the Sawmill Square Mall in Laurel, Mississippi, operated by the small regional chain Southwest Theaters. The theater opened in 1981 as the Sawmill Square Cinema 5 and later passed through UA and Regal before Southwest took over around 2020, with only three locations in total. Southwest Theaters – Sawmill Square 5 keeps this Laurel screen house firmly in the independent camp.
