Elkin Theatre

The Elkin Theatre is a historic 1937 movie house on West Commerce Street in downtown Aberdeen, Mississippi, run as a nonprofit by the Aberdeen Arts Council. Volunteers open the doors for weekend film screenings on the second and fourth weekends of each month, giving this small Mississippi town a genuine old-style theater experience.
